Islamic Forum Condemns Israeli Aggression on Iran, Urges International Accountability

aggression against the Islamic Republic of Iran, describing it as a flagrant violation of international law and a serious threat to regional peace and stability.

In a statement released on June 13, 2025, IFIP denounced the targeting of Iranian cities and military facilities, which resulted in the assassination of scientists and senior military leaders, and the destruction of critical infrastructure.

The forum described the attack as “a blatant act of aggression” that challenges international norms and the UN Charter, calling it a major escalation with serious implications for global security. The statement urged the international community to hold Israel accountable and impose deterrent sanctions to prevent impunity for its repeated violations.

IFIP also called upon Arab and Islamic nations to unite in confronting Zionist ambitions, which, according to the statement, aim to dominate the region “from the river to the sea” and undermine collective efforts to liberate Palestine and defend al-Aqsa Mosque.

The statement concluded by warning that the Zionist project is fundamentally at odds with the aspirations of the Arab and Islamic world and serves only the interests of the collapsing Western civilization.
